Mitch grew up in Massachusetts and spent 8+ years in the well-known multinational conglomerate of General Electric. Completing the Financial Management Program and holding various financial positions within the company, Mitch learned how to run and operate a successful business. He went on to purchase his first multi-family investment property at the age of 24 and successfully completed multiple flips and BRRR properties along the way, developing a deep knowledge of real estate and leveraged finance.
Mitch moved to NC in 2010 and further expanded his entrepreneurial endeavors by acquiring the Franchise rights to a national healthy food chain. Mitch grew his business from zero in sales to a high producing, multi-location operation and successfully negotiated, acquired, & upfitted multiple commercial real estate spaces. His knowledge of commercial real estate is in depth and he has 1st hand knowledge of the process. He went on to complete his strategy of “Buy / Build / Exit” and successfully sold his units to a private investment group.
Mitch then decided to take his business and entrepreneurial knowledge into Real Estate, where he created the L1ST Group, a high performance residential sales business. His business background and experience in negotiating and marketing, combined with his unique and precise analytical skills, leaves no doubt that he can be a valuable resource for you, your friends, and family.
When he is not working, you can usually find Mitch spending time with his fiancé, family and golden retriever or visiting new local restaurants. He enjoys playing golf and has played the sport since he was 6 years old. An avid athlete, Mitch also enjoys early workouts or playing basketball.
